Wednesday, March 19, 2025 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:

Application Nos. 2025-008/009: Woodspring Suites Hotel – 1180 Jefferson Road, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax ID No. 162.07-1-12, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

• 2025-008: to construct a four-story hotel.         

• 2025-009: to allow a building height of +/- 48’ whereas Town Code only permits a height of 40’.

The public hearing was held open and no action was taken.

Thursday, April 10, 2025 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:

Application Nos. 2025-008/009: Woodspring Suites Hotel – 1180 Jefferson Road, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax ID No. 162.07-1-12, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

• 2025-008: to construct a four-story hotel.         

• 2025-009: to allow a building height of +/- 48’ whereas Town Code only permits a height of 40’.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed, a SEQR Determination was made, and the application was approved. The SEQR and Special Use Permit approval resolutions are attached in the files below.

Tuesday, April 15, 2025 Planning Board Meeting - 6:00 p.m.

Application No. 25-003        Woodspring Suites Hotel – For final site plan approval of a proposed 4-story hotel with +/- 122 rooms on approximately 2 acres of land located at 1180 Jefferson Road in an Industrial Zoned District. Tax Account No. 162.07-1-12. (Parcel is pending an administrative re-subdivision which will result in this parcel having a new address and Tax Account Number in the future.)
