February 14, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2024-003: Starbucks – 1100 Jefferson Road, to construct and operate a restaurant with sit down and take out service, outdoor seating and a drive-thru, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.06-1-7, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The public hearing was closed and no determinations were made.

Thursday, March 7, 2024 Town Board Meeting

The Town Board intends to make SEQR and Special Use Permit determinations regarding the following application at a meeting to be held on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.:

Application No. 2024-003: Starbucks – 1100 Jefferson Road, to construct and operate a restaurant with sit down and take out service, outdoor seating and a drive-thru, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.06-1-7, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The SEQR Determination and Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in the files below.

June 18, 2024 Planning Board Meeting - 6:00 p.m.

Application No. 24-006        Starbucks – For final site plan approval of a 1,650 S.F. coffee shop with drive-thru service and associated parking located at 1100 Jefferson Road in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District.  Tax Account No. 162.06-1-7. (Tabled from June)

Planned hours of operation are seven days a week from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
