Wednesday, April 29, 2026 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2026-005: ROC BBQ Supply, LLC – 1225 Jefferson Road (Suite A06), to serve food samples at tasting events and to teach classes involving food preparation, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.11-1-64.11, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation for the retail store are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
