March 18, 2026 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2026-004: Raising Cane’s Restaurant, LLC – 823 Jefferson Road, to construct and operate a restaurant with dine in, take out, and drive through service, and to allow outdoor seating, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.09-1-3.113, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. seven days a week.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved by resolution, which is attached in files below.

July 21, 2026 - Planning Board Meeting 6:00 p.m.

Application No. 26-006:      Raising Cane’s Restaurant – For final site plan approval of a new +/- 3,475 S.F. restaurant with a drive-thru, associated parking, and outdoor seating located at 823 Jefferson Road in an Industrial Zoned District.  Tax Account No. 162.09-1-3.113.
