March 18, 2026 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2026-003: Millennium Games Waypoint – 1225 Jefferson Road (Suite A201), to sell food and alcohol, in an Industrial Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.11-1-64.11, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office. Planned hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.
