October 23, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

The Town Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., to gather resident comments with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2024-037 - GreenSpark Solar (Martin Henrietta Solar, LLC) – Martin Road, to construct and operate a 4.5 MW-AC Solar Energy System, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 188.03-1-17.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

The public hearing was held open with intentions of continuing it on November 13, 2024.

November 13, 2024 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

The Town Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 6:00 p.m., to gather resident comments with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2024-037 - GreenSpark Solar (Martin Henrietta Solar, LLC) – Martin Road, to construct and operate a 4.5 MW-AC Solar Energy System, in a Rural Residential Zoned District, Tax Account No. 188.03-1-17.1, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The SEQR Determination and Special Use Permit approval resolutions are attached in the files below.

November 19, 2024 - Planning Board Meeting 6:00 p.m.

Application No. 24-015        Martin Henrietta Solar, LLC (GreenSpark Solar) – For final site plan approval of a proposed 5.679 MW-DC, 4.5 MW-AC ground mounted photovoltaic solar energy system on +/- 21.295 acres of land located on Martin Road in a Rural Residential Zoned District.  Tax Account No. 188.03-1-17.1.
