Thursday, February 27, 2025 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2025-002: CCW Entertainment LLC– 1555 East Henrietta Road, to allow a 2nd floor addition and building renovation due to pre-existing nonconforming use of the building, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 162.06-1-9.2, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved by Resolution (attached in files below).
