Description

 

The demolition of the previous hotel has been completed and site infrastructure installation has commenced. In February of 2022 the project was previously approved but now there is a new owner and final building plans are ready to move forward. The applicant proposes to construct a 25,000 square foot building and associated parking for a car dealership.

October 27, 2021 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2021-058: West Herr Automotive Group – 4600 West Henrietta Road, to demolish an existing hotel and construct a 25,000 SF building and associated parking for a car dealership, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 175.10-2-77.

APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved.  The approval resolution is attached in files below.
