Wednesday, June 11, 2025 Special Use Permit Public Hearing
A meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Application for a Special Use Permit:
Application No. 2025-020: 7 Brew Coffee– 2599 East Henrietta Road, to construct and operate a restaurant with a drive-thru and limited walk-up service, in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District with a Mixed Use Redevelopment Corridor Overlay District (MURC), Tax Account No. 176.06-1-22, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.
APPROVED - The public hearing was closed and the application was approved. The SEQR Determination and Special Use Permit approval resolution is attached in the files below.
Application No. 25-005 7 Brew Coffee – For final site plan approval of a proposed 510 S.F. prefabricated drive-thru coffee shop with a 388 S.F. remote cooler and storage structure on approximately 0.57 acres to be located at 2599 East Henrietta Road (as an outparcel building) in a Commercial B-1 Zoned District. Tax Account No. 176.06-1-22.
