August 12, 2026 Special Use Permit Public Hearing

A meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., before the Henrietta Town Board to hear all persons with regards to the following Applications for a Special Use Permit:

Application No. 2026-012/013: 4058 East Henrietta Apartments (ADI Realty, Inc.) – 4058 East Henrietta Road, in a Residential R-2-15 Zoned District, Tax Account No. 190.09-1-9.11, or as more particularly described in plans on file in the Town Clerk’s Office.

  • 2026-012: to construct a four-story multifamily apartment building.

  • 2026-013: to allow the four-story apartment building height to be 49’ whereas Town Code only permits a height of 35’.
